Registration for the week-long workshops begin Sunday at 12 NOON. You should arrive on campus no later than Sunday at 2:30pm. You may arrive earlier, but NOT later. If you MUST arrive later, please call Jason - we will work it out.

• If you are flying and can't get a flight that arrives on SUNDAY before 2:30pm
• If you are driving and cannot arrive on SUNDAY before 2:30pm
• If you are planning on staying in the dorms

then ... You should consider arriving a day early - on SATURDAY. There is an extra charge for any extra night in the dorm, but it may be worth it to you.

If you arrive on Saturday, try to arrive by 9pm, please. Those planning to arrive a day early MUST let us know by JUNE 1st, and keep in mind that all fees must be paid or at least postmarked by JUNE 1st, including the charge for the extra night in the dorm. If you arrive early there are NO activities or meal plans scheduled for Saturday; however, there are restaurants within walking distance on/from the campus.

The week-long workshop officially ends for you after your group has completed your performance at the Student Combo Recital on Friday. You may leave immediately following your performance. There is NO way to determine when your combo will perform on Friday until Wednesday or Thursday of the Workshop. We suggest you not book any flight until after 6:00pm on Friday night.

Many people will choose to leave on Friday. If you're staying in the dorms you have the option of staying over until Saturday morning for no extra charge. In other words, Friday night's dorm stay is included in the Dorm Accomodations Fee. However, WE MUST KNOW THAT YOU PLAN TO STAY ON FRIDAY NIGHT NO LATER THAN JUNE 1st - NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do NOT let us know that you will be staying FRIDAY NIGHT, we MAY GIVE YOUR ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE. Please keep in mind that the dorms MUST BE EMPTY BY 9:00am ON SATURDAY MORNING. Absolutely NO exceptions can be made.

The 2-day workshops will end around 3pm on Sunday. If you are not staying for one of our week-long sessions, you may leave at your leisure. Those who are staying for the week-long session will immediately make the transition over to the week-long workshop.

If you are NOT staying for a week-long session, you must check-out of your dorm by 9am on SUNDAY MORNING - NO EXCEPTIONS. You may NOT stay over on Sunday night. Your room will be reserved for a week-long participant starting on Sunday morning. Temporary luggage storage will be provided AT THE DORM so you can wrap-up the 2-day workshop and retrieve your luggage AT THE DORM upon conclusion of the 2-day workshop.
