APPLY TO THE WORKSHOPS
There are two ways to register for the Summer Jazz Workshops:
#1 - Register by Mail:Download the application and mail it to us with your
$50 non-refundable deposit*. We must receive a check or money-order with your completed application for the non-refundable deposit* or
balance of tuition and fees (if you choose to pay in full at the time of application). Your application is accepted
via the postmark date. WE TURN PEOPLE AWAY EVERY YEAR - SIGN UP EARLY!
#2 - Register Online: You may Register Online. You must
use a VISA/MASTERCARD to register online and you will be charged the non-refundable deposit.* The remaining balance
must be made payable with a check or money-order. Only your deposit is payable with a credit card and only if you
register online. Credit Cards will NOT be accepted for the balance of your account.
*The deposit is non-refundable. We use this deposit to cover our administration costs. Any
amount paid greater than the non-refundable deposit will be refunded should you decide to cancel your enrollment to
the workshop(s). Refunds will be distributed AFTER the workshops are over; typically by August 1. We ask that if you are currently
enrolled and you know that you will not be able to attend, please let us know ASAP. Our workshops fill up every year and we
always have an extensive waiting list - someone else could benefit by filling your spot.
REQUIRED CODE OF CONDUCT FOR PARTICIPANTS UNDER 17 YEARS OLD
It is required that all parents of minors (participants 17 years of age and under) accept the
Jamey Aebersold Summer Jazz Workshop Code of Conduct Participation Agreement. This agreement must be signed by both
the minor and legal guardian. Your signatures ensure us that everyone understands fully what is expected.
After we receive your application/registration, you will receive a confirmation packet
including an invoice (with the balance due by June 1st and payable only by check or money-order) as well as a jazz
handbook containing all the pertinent information regarding the workshops. PLEASE READ THIS HANDBOOK CAREFULLY. If
